I Have a Discount Code, How do I use it?

You can add your discount code within the basket before checking out. Don’t worry if you miss this stage because you can enter it at any point of the checkout process.

Are my card details and personal information safe?

Storm Lighting Ltd's Shop use Stripe & PayPal to handle all payments. Both Stripe & PayPal recognise that security is one of the major concerns for the shopper during an online transaction. So we use state of the art security tools and techniques to ensure that you are protected against online fraud. In reality, an online purchase is probably more secure than a card transaction conducted in a shop or over the telephone - because both Stripe & PayPal ensure that your online purchase details are encrypted using complex logarithm methods.

Which payment methods can I use?

You can pay by card or if you have a credit account with Storm Lighting Ltd, you can also use this, an option to enter a purchase order will be shown during checkout. You will need to contact us once you have registered so we can link your Storm Lighting Ltd credit account to your customer account, we only need to do this once. If you have multiple users who wish to have an account and are authorised to make purchases, please provide us with the email addresses for each user and we will let you know once they have been setup.

Which cards are accepted?

We accept the following cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Maestro and JCB.

My card is being rejected, has my order gone through?

Please check that you have entered all details correctly and that you have selected the correct card type. Your order will not be processed or any money charged if the details you have entered are incorrect.

How do I get a copy of my invoice?

If you wish to get obtain an invoice you can view and print one from the Order History section of your Storm Lighting Ltd Shop account.
